He is a pioneer in Indonesian securitization transactions and is a
key team member in preparing Indonesian securitization law sponsored by the Minister of Justice and Human Rights. He is also advising the Ministry of Housing and Infrastructure in the housing finance area. He is a member of the team formulating the Secondary Mortgage Facility sponsored by the Minister of Finance. He was Deputy Chairman of Indonesia Banking Restructuring Agency (IBRA) in charge of Bank Restructuring Unit. During his career in IBRA, he had performed some landmark banking consolidation transactions such as divestment of BCA, merger and acquisition of Bank Danamon and Bank Permata. He is the author of the book “Membedah Krisis Perbankan, Anatomi Krisis dan Penyehatan Perbankan”. He graduated with an MBA degree from New York University (Leonard N. Stern School of Business), New York, USA. He also graduated with bachelor degree magna-cum laude and master degree from Polytechnic University, New York, USA in electrical engineering.
